Ich möchte meine kaputte XBOX zum Support einschicken aber irgendwie bekommme ich keine Mail mit Adressaufkleber gesendet!Ich habe eine Mail erhalten wie ich die Konsole zu verpacken habe und das ich mich an UPS wenden soll zur Abholung des Gerätes.Aber
keine Mail wohin die Konsole geschickt werden soll oder sonstiges.

Habe mit einer Dame gechatet die meinte das wäre normal aber die Mail soll nach 24 Stunden da sein?Nun sind fast 48 Stunden vorrüber aber keine Mail.Wo kann ich mich in Österreich hinwenden?Gibt es da eine Hotline oder so...Danke für eure Hilfe

send my broken XBOX for the support but somehow I get no mail with

address sticker sent! I have received a Mail as I have the console to

pack and which I should turn to UPS to pick up the device.But no mail

where the console sent Or otherwise.

I have been working with a lady who said that would be normal but the

mail should be there after 24 hours, now are almost 48 hours before but

no mail.Where can I turn to Austria? Please help

 

UPS e-mail : Sticker to put on the box

My power supply just broke so i messaged miscrosoft and they told me that they will send me an e-mail and UPS will also send me one but i never received the UPS e-mail so i don't have any sticker to pu on my box to send my power supply by UPS to microsoft......
