    No/Low Connection with Xbox Live


    First off, I believe I have an excellent connection. Recently I started playing Xbox 360 again about a couple months ago. I purchased the 3 Month XBL Membership card. I began with Advanced Warfare which turned out to be a mistake then turned to Destiny which
    also turned out to be a mistake because I have NO/LOW Connection with Xbox Live Service AND BOTH Game Servers.

    I visit the "Xbox Live Service Status" multiple times a day and have been noticing it has been DOWN almost completely for almost half a month. Since I have excellent connection, Xbox Live or Microsoft seems to be the problem. I have lost about 2 MONTHS out
    of my 3 Month Membership due to the Xbox Live Service. I paid $25 for 3 Months and only got about 1 Day worth of good gaming.

    I demand a refund. I have been wondering the internet looking for a way to get another 3 Month XBL Membership FOR FREE and finally I find a way to post something that could be heard.

    Microsoft, you know my email and xbox live gamertag, now please, email me with a redeem code for 3 Month XBL Card. ASK OTHER PLAYERS IF NOT. I haven't even had one good day of gaming on Xbox Live.

    Will I renew my membership in a month? No. If you want me and all to renew it you need to prove that you can provide the "perfect connection" you always say you have. I will not be revisiting this post. [Mod removed]

    My first question is why can't you open your NAT? Do you not have access to the router? Does it ever allow you to sign in to LIVE, or are you never able to make the connection?

    I have done everything they suggested, both on the internet as what my Xbox told me to try.

    I even added the port they have told me (I believe it was 3074).

    Nothing seems to work.

    I had no problem with my internet yesterday.

    What Country/State/Province do you live in? Netherlands

    Router brand & model number:     Sitecom 300N X3

    Network Connection Type:     Wired

    Things you have tried: Everything suggested

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes

    Is NAT Type Open? Moderate, I cannot get it open

    Any Error Codes you encounter: It connects to everything but Xbox Live

    What type of internet do you have? Cable

    Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? UPC

    After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" and click on "More info", what is the exact message shown on screen?
    "Turn your moden off and back on blah blah" - tried that. "Restarted your modem?" - tried that. Then I get the port forwarding question, no difference.

    When I run the test, the bar to Xbox Live loads for 1/3rd then stops.

    I'd be happy if someone could help, it's frustrating. Thank you.

    Hey mate, what issue are you experiencing specifically? Is there an issue outside the low bandwidth? I'm afraid that the connection you're running does not sound ideal for using Xbox LIVE.
