    No longer welcome by Microsoft


    I get that I no longer meet the criteria of what Microsoft has deemed as the user group they want, despite being a member in good standing since joining over three years ago and being an Ambassador for approximately that long. Instead of risking any more
    communications bans and losing access to my digital licenses and even my console I will stop purchasing content on the XBox and be putting up my XB1 and 360 for sale and breaking ties with XBox.

    What I do find most annoying is that there is no indicator of specifically it was that I was banned for. The message was very vague and there is no way to find out.

    Sorry you are getting shunned without knowing the reason why. Are you intentionally harsh online or do you have someone who is maliciously reporting/extorting you?

    I think the biggest problem Microsoft has is in losing their customer's trust.
