They are time limited. The more often you get banned, the longer it is. It is possible to receive permanent bans.

While you can speak directly to support, they no longer handle refunds. You can try submitting a refund request again and try responding to the email you received denying the refund to contact a refund specialist. However, part of the requirement to receive
a refund is that the game has not been played more than 2 hours. If you did play it longer than that, then it would not be eligible.

It can take up to two days to receive the invitation, but the system is currently receiving lots of requests to join, so it could be longer. Remember that not everyone is accepted into the program.

If the denial email is not in the spam/junk mail folder and more than 24 hours have passed without receiving it, I recommend that you request the refund again, but this time use the following link:

https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund

If your refund request is denied again this time, now you should receive the denial email, and you can then respond to it to appeal the decision.
