    No longer loyal


    I have been having a reoccuring problem for a while now (i get disconnected from party chat or my microphone makes no sound), i have called in woth this concern many times but all they can do is provide "solutions" that apparently do not work.

    Needless to say as a loyal and paying customer for 5 years i am biw tipping my hat and saying 'good day sir. I havent had this system for a year and ive had some of the worst customer service ever.. EVER!

    I am not belligerent i speak calmly and i am very polite.. But the way they belittle and accuse, im just upset and hurt at this company..

    So needless to say after this year is over i will no longer be apart of this community.. Ive grown to hate microsoft and will stop using any service they provide nor will i recomend and speak lightly about this company..

    All i hope is PlayStation treats there customers better

    WHAT ABOUT US?

    At the next xbox live anniversary they will no doubt do something nice for the long time loyal gamers.

    I lost intrest in buying a further xbox brand product forever when they first revealed Xbox one back in 2013

    But OP you are being a tad bit over reactionary, You lack the resolve to follow thru.

    You will not follow thru at all, you wont put your money where your mouth is. so sit down shut up and get in line with the rest of your ilk.

    It was the launch for the first big title since the consoles release which is an online only game combined with the fact you can download it means youre bound to run into problems like this. It happens, youll live, move on. If moving on to a different console
    is how you feel you need to deal with something so minor than by all means leave. People like you are just annoying to be honest. Youll complain about having to spend money on a console and other things that go with it but youre more than willing to lose a
    ton of money when you sell it. Yeah, solid decision on so many levels....
