With Two step verification turned on the only thing that I can reccomend is to try and regain access to that email that you no longer have access to.

The account recovery form is not going to help you out with the Two step verification turned on and neither will xbox support.

Firstly, there was a reference number on my email, in small print at the bottom. So sorry for saying there wasn't.

And I've contacted Phone Support and spoken to a very nice gentleman who was able to see the alternate email that was linked to my account and sent a verification number to that address.

And so the issue should be sorted within the next 24 hours apparently, with my new email address no linked properly to the account, so in the future any verification emails will get sent there rather than that old email that I no longer have access to.

6. Select Send when you're done and we'll respond within 24 hours.
