No longer getting my 2% back on purchases

Pretty much what the title says. After consistently getting my 2% back every month I made purchases, I've yet to receive my points for March. I made four purchases last month (11.09+11.99+14.99+19.99) for a total of $58.06USD. 2% of that works out to $1.16
but I still see no Xbox Rewards points deposited this month except for the 250 points for the survey.

As if Xbox Rewards wasn't enough of a misnomer already! Over a decade on Xbox live, over 250 games purchased on 360 and X1 ...can I have my $1.16 please?

My last MyVIP deposit was 10/31/17. DId something change with that part of the program I'm not seeing? Every month prior to that I was receiving reward credits. I'm missing thousands at this point.

 

You'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into it for you. Keep in mind that if those purchases went towards another offer on the site, they would not be eligible for your rebate.

 

Doesn't look like the people posting over there are getting a response. And no, none of those purchases went towards anything else. As I don't spend 10k a year on video games I never even come close to any other promotions.

 

Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST so since it's now the weekend no one will hear from them, but they are very active during the week.
