No Longer Getting Credit For Purchases

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from?

My last MyVIP deposit was 10/31/17. DId something change with that part of the program I'm not seeing? Every month prior to that I was receiving reward credits. I'm missing thousands at this point.

As stated in the FAQ, you cannot get Credits from both an offer and MyVIP:

Since your purchase in Tekken 7 in December went towards the Family Rewards offer, and your purchase of Injustice 2 and Logan Lucky went towards the YOLO Rewards and Microsoft Movies and TV offers respecitvely, they did not award any Credits, since you did
not complete those offers. Regarding purchases made last month, keep in mind that pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, as specified in the FAQ, and that MyVIP is awarded the following month:

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from?

Per the terms and conditions of the program, you can only be awarded for purchases once. So if you make a purchase and it is eligible for an offer on the site, it will generally automatically count towards that offer. Since you received credit for the purchase,
the purchase would no longer be eligible for the rebate since you already received credits.

Have you called your credit card company to check that they didn't flag the purchase for some reason?

I have had this happen on cards that worked, and then suddenly the card no longer works because the credit card company flagged a purchase as suspicious.
