    Ok so my account was banned it no longer is as proofed it wasn't me the problem I got now it still shows me as banned even tho I got all my account to working order again and there's no over way now to get in contact with the enforcement team I've tried live chat but there no help see pics as shown

    sorry when an account is banned the name is no longer usable meaning you cannot change another account name to the banned name as it is no longer available.

    Sorry to hear it. However, you cannot sign a perma banned account into a console. Once banned it is no longer accessible and digital purchases on that account are no longer valid
