no longer able to start game?

Hi,

bought minecraft, played it, then just turned off xbox one to quit game. Now it wont let me play,

the screen just shows Minecraft Xbox one edition and a grey box that has squares

going clockwise in a square path. Not sure how to get back in, or if it saved my progress.

Any ideas? thanks

No downloads are able to start

Hello,

I'm having problems downloading anything from the store. Whenever I attempt to start a download from either the store or the ready to install tab nothing happens. No download starts pending in the queue, and the install button becomes grayed out and unselectable
in the store until I refresh the store.

I have tried a hard reset, checked through all my settings and there is no reason I can see that would be stopping me from downloading anything. I tried uninstalling a game to see if I could reinstall it and I couldn't.

Updates are working fine, the only problem is that i cant download/install anything. I have more than enough space on the drive as I have removed just about every game now. Online play still works fine as well. No error codes have been given when trying
to download, they simply just do nothing. This problem has been ongoing for about a month now

I doubt it means anything but the same Microsoft account was unable to download anything form the store on PC a week ago, however it is working fine on there now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

(Edit: Sorry for the double post: the first one said failed to submit post but apparently went through, and it is locked so I cant delete it)

I no longer able to play

Since Feb 25 I am not able to play. Can some one help me solve this problem.

What happen is there is a big problem if yes when it will be fixed.

I AM HAVING THE SAME ISSUES... CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET PAST IT. EVEN WHEN I QUIT It.

Same issue here guys, i've left it on for a long time during this as well and it never resolves itself either. Tried just the usual restart, close the game and open it again etc. nothing helps.

Try unplugging your console and replugging it in, or hold the power button on the console for a few seconds until it shuts off this is a hard reset and may fix your issues. If not, then try deleting and re-installing Minecraft

If you started a new game and played a while it is possible the automatic save system, overwritten your old saved game and you can no longer access that saved profile you are now only able to play the new game you started.

Daft Badger

You only get a certain amount of storage for captures so that may be full.

Try deleting some older ones & see if that helps.
