    No longer able to access preview program


    Hello,

    I have been in the preview program now for 5 months,

    however over the last few weeks I cannot use the app, it says 'thanks for joining, we'll send you more information soon". Then my only option is to exit the app.

    Can someone PLEASE direct me to the preview forums?!

    I am registered on the preview program on my xbox, and have in the past been able to access the preview forum. However, i can no longer find or access it, as Im trying to understand why my console is still on a previous update (I am still, even though i've
    been in the program since launch, unable to access clubs, which has been out almost a month...)

    Please can someone help?

    Preview Program Bans

    Hey there deroBURT,

    If you've been having trouble trying to access the Preview Program forums, we've cleared that up for you and you should now be able to access them with no issue. If you have any other questions regarding the Preview Program, I would recommend heading on
    over to the Preview Program forums to let the proper folks know what you're experiencing. Thanks in advance!

    Not reading disc error...was told could be an issue with the preview program?

    If you are part of the preview program you are able to access it.

    Are you in the preview program if not you will not be able to use it, if you are in the program go to the early access forum best place to be for this issue.

    Never got a message to download the app

    If you have been accepted into the Preview Program then you should be able to access the Preview Program Support forums and request assistance from the registration support group. If you get a group not found message then you don't have
    access and likely haven't been accepted yet. Keep in mind that an invite does not guarantee acceptance into the program. If an Xbox Support member can verify your acceptance, they should be able to grant you access to the aforementioned preview support forums.
