I am sorry to hear about this issue. Could you please let me know when this issue occurred? Additionally, is this the Xbox One or the Xbox Series?

In the meantime, please perform the steps below:

1. Turn off console by pressing the power button within 10-15 seconds

2. Wait for 60 seconds

3. Make sure to press and hold the BIND button and the EJECT button, and then press power button on the console to turn it on.

Make sure to keep holding both buttons until the Xbox Troubleshooter screen appears. Once it does, you should see several options including Offline System Update, Continue, and Reset this Xbox. If you see this screen, choose Reset > Keep Games and Apps.

Afterward, check if you will be able to see and start your Xbox.

My xbox one s goes to green screen on start up and is slow, sometimes it will go to the home screen, but will not let me do anything else (games, apps,etc.). I have tried a soft reset and hard reset but it just goes blank then sometimes back to
the green screen! Is my console done for? Please help!!

Hello, Does it stay at the green screen with the xbox logo on it or just a blank green screen?

I not even sure that it's the preview program at all. My screen now loads up to a blank black screen after the my games and apps logo repeatedly pops up and disappears till it finally disappears completely to a blank black screen. It only shows the logo
and none of my games and it also showed me sign in.

For the record - the OPs issues are valid. I have them too.

The blank screen issue is certainly "known" - it typically happens if you press the logo button as the X1 is starting an App. It'll get fixed in the patch tomorrow.
