No login possible

Hi there,

it is not possible to login on the xbox one anymore. I restarted, switched off and startet the xbox, but no chance. I even pressed the power putton for several seconds. I even disconnected the internet connection. Still no login possible. No phone or chat
support is also available. Can anybody help?

Changing log in on old account

Is there any way I can change my login to get into live? I no longer use the email that is my login.

I did go in and change my email settings, but my actual login is still a nonexsistant email. I would like to use my current email as my login. Possible?

this sounds like the worst idea ever... hey random guy on the internet here is my Microsoft account login what could possibly go wrong?

 

So can you play, just not login into your live? If so have you tried completely factory restoring your xbox?

 

No, the login at the desktop is not working. Therefore to play is not possible. Also the "ads" from the microsoft store can not be displayed. It is not possible to enter "My games and Apps".

 

If possible try restoring your xbox

 

THE SAME EXACT THING IS HAPPENING TO ME RIGHT NOW TRYING TO PLAY OUTLAST KIDS FINALLY IN BED

 

not sure if this is the same thing but. mine loads up the game but won't sync to xbox live so it just keeps going back to the start screen of the game. doesn't matter what game it is. and it seems to be related to the new update because it started doing
this after i updated.
