No live service and Can't use cloud

Hi there! I hope someone can help ... I have an Xbox 360 and I bought the gold card. Everything is good except when testing the internet; I get Live Status error: No Live service. I checked everything online there aren't any problems in my area and even
my computer says Xbox Live is up and running. The other issue is Cloud which I'm guessing has to do with the LIVE ERROR : NO SERVICE

I don't understand why I can't access cloud for storage ( that's a major problem ...)

Are you in an xbox live region?

If not that will be why

Your best option is to use a voip app

However if you are trying to do something that violates the rules like access live services in a non supported region they can't help with that

Or is it region locked services like cloud etc

Thanks for the reply. But service is service and any cloud services without a SLA is useless.

I can't play games or watch anything because it's tied up with Xbox live. XBOX gates all of my entertainment and is not dependable. 7 hours in cyberspace is infinitude.

Hi Joel!

Remote play is designed to be used only locally with your origin country. Accessing Xbox Live services out of region especially if Xbox Live Services are not supported in that country would violate to the Terms of Service from Microsoft.

I suggest that you instead use the Xbox Cloud gaming service included in Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription where you can access games without having a console using the Xbox Game Pass app or your phone's browser as long as you're in a location supported by the service.

Yeah, the xbox service all up seems to have some massive issues right now. I can't use cloud gaming either. (location: Germany). Even the service status page Oops! That didn’t work. | Xbox Support seems down. 🤣
