No Live Gold

I bought an Xbox one x 2 days ago. I redeemed the 14 days gold code that came with it but i still have no active gold membership.

No Live Gold

So 3 days ago i bought a 40%off month of live gold ON the 360 dashboard but I still am a free member as i cannot download games with gold and it keeps telling me to join xbox live gold if i look at my Microsoft account billing it says i bought it. I have
redownloaded my profile and everything no idea what to do from here.

 

Trials do not change your account status to gold. They only give you access to some benefits of online multiplayer........................

 

so i am not able to play online games with it? On the card it says „play together with gold“. So that is clearly wrong promise.

Not all games will allow for online features with an Xbox Live Gold trial. What game are you trying to play and what error message are you seeing?
