No Live Gold Code nor Codes for downloading Rsye Son of Rome or Dance Central

Per the link above I ordered (12/14) and received (12/18) the refurbished Xbox One with Kinect. It came with a 2 day code for Xbox Live Gold Trial and no information on the 30 day trial, nor Ryse or Dance games / codes. I've spent quite a bit on the phone
with Microsoft Store support and Xbox One support. Both have referenced me to the other several times... One time I was told I should receive an email within 10 business days from time of receipt. It's been 10 business days - no email with any codes for
the games or 30 day trial...

What should I do?

Problem with Dance Central 2 (downloadable token)

I have purchased " Microsoft Xbox 360 (250GB) Kinect Bundle
with Free Kinect Adventures, Kinect Sports, Dance Central 2 (downloadable token) , Mine Craft (downloadable token) + 1 Month X-Box Live Gold Membership Card( Inside the Box)
with product serial number: 400085421705.

With the above package I got Redeem Code for
Dance Central 2 (downloadable token) and tried for downloading several times but the same error " Error Code 80150017 with a message that This isn't available for your region ".

Please Note: The other products Mine Craft (downloadable token) + 1 Month X-Box Live Gold Membership Card( Inside the Box)
successfully downloaded & installed and working properly.

Kindly help me to download above Game through my " Redeem Full Game Download Code of Dance Central 2".

If the codes were not in the box you will need to keep an eye on your email for them. Be sure to check the spam/junk folders. If they do not show up then you will need to continue contacting The Microsoft Store.
