No Limbo message

I wasn't opted into the emails, so you didn't need that to be eligible for the code, I think that was only for the stats email as I still got the email with the wall papers and posters etc.

When I think about it, I actually saw the live message before any emails.

 

I purchased my xbox one a month or two before it even came out, you would think for people like me we would definitely be eligible lol. The email I did get was that poster stuff and wallpapers , it was really your offering to give me this terrible looking
crap, how kind.

 

Im user to the xbox one day one and im i dont have my code !!

 

This is suppose to be the guidelines: Only Xbox One owners who bought their console before November 11, 2014 in the console's 13 launch markets who are 17 years or old and have played 10+ hours on Xbox One are eligible.

I bought mine in June, and I haven't received anything yet either.

 

Looks like I missed out because my day one console wouldn't power up on day one. It took a week for Microsoft to replace it.

 

There seems to be conflicting info on what the requirements were to get a copy of Limbo. Two posts above me, this means I should have been eligible. Others have said, it had to be in a short couple day window during the actual launch. (Min was purchased
day 1, but not hooked up until Christmas day for obvious reasons)

Anyone have a link to the MS statement on these requirements, or are we all just guessing?

 

Ok, here are the facts:

Not everyone who was eligable was guaranteed to get a code, it was a lottery. If you got a code, great, if not, bad luck.

To be eligable, you had to play for ten hours before a cut off date (not sure what the cut off date is)

But there you go, not everyone will get a code even if you bought it day one.

 

And that also seems to conflict with everything else in this thread. Anyone have a link, where is this info coming from?

 

I feel the same way. It is just an $10 game. but when I heard that Microsoft was giving the game to early adopters. I thought man that was a good gesture to all of us that paid full price, ran down the bugs, and helped kinetic get better by giving them voice
samples. But when I get the email I find out o got a poster? Not even a real poster and jpg. Maybe I got my hopes up that Microsoft would take care of there loyal costumers. The ones that paid full price for bleeding edge...But once again it shows just wait
a year and you will get the same system as everyone tons cheaper with lots of games.

Didnt get it , got x1 , even own limbo on 360 , all i got was a crappy wallpaper... now they even giving out 15000 rewards points for people buying broken MCC

People that have beta tested this mess form day one get nothing

 

That wallpaper was a joke aswell, would of been better to do nothing rather than that
