    I've just came off the phone to xbox support about not receiving a notification for a code as a thank you for purchasing a day one xbox one console.

    The support rep. said the offer was for limbo "or something similar". Another game code would be more preferable, as i have already finished limbo on the 360.

    He reviewed my account and history and said everything seemed to be fine and didn't understand as to why i haven't received the code. He also said that he unfortunately couldn't give me a code over the phone and then said to start a thread here stating i
    hadn't received the code, and the "token team" here on the forums would then investigate and resolve the problem.

    Apparently, there are a number of cases of this code not being sent out. I've been an xbox live gold member since the start and was in the xbox live beta before that.I hope it doesn't turn out to be too much of a problem and I receive a code for a game
    soon.

    Day one owner with achievement never received Limbo code message

    I too have not received Limbo,even though i'm a day one ower,day one achievement obtained but still no Limbo,any ideas why?

  3. I didn't receive a limbo code

    No Limbo code either here. I do have a Day One console which was received on launch. What I didn't do was scan the day one card that was in the box (until now that is). I wonder if that is why so many people didn't receive the code.

    Apparently anyone who used their Xbox One during the console's launch weekend should now have a code for Limbo in their inbox, while the platformer's new Xbox One port will be made available to purchase for everyone else "soon".

    "We're looking forward to launching Limbo on Xbox One," a Microsoft spokesperson said. "As a thank you to our earliest adopters, fans who played their Xbox One the first weekend of launch received early, free access to the game.

    "Limbo will also be available for purchase via the Xbox Game Store soon."

    Official response regarding the anniversary emails

    There were 2 different promotions . One was gifts which were given to Year One people randomly. The other was for Limbo which was supposed to be given to Day One people. Most Day One people seem to have gotten Limbo, but a few like myself didn't.

    I agree with you David I am a Day One member to, and my Xbox broke. The next day I get a code for Limbo. Xbox said this console is suppose to be the unbreakable console, well it is not. They also said the Titanic would not sink either.
