No legacy Gears of war codes Since I redeemed GOW4 UE code

I bought Xbox One S 2TB Console - Gears of War 4 Limited Edition Bundle from Amazon.co.uk and redeemed the code for GOW4UE but never
received the ones for the legacy collection for Xbox 360. I was forwarded by MS customer service chat to this link in hopes of receiving my codes.

Keep in mind that Gears of War collection codes will continue to go out in waves. Please check out the Gears of War 4 store description for
information on how these codes go out. This includes Gears of War 4 codes included in the Gears of War 4 Xbox One S bundle. Once that code is redeemed on your account, you should receive your games within 30 days.

I bought the xbox S One GOW4 edition from Best Buy in New Jersey on 10/21/2016. I was told I would receive my Gears of War 1-3 and Gears of War Judgement codes via messages within7-10 days. I have yet to receive my codes. I spoke with and xbox representative
about the issue. She told me they tried to e-mail the codes that I should have them. When she verified my e-mail address I double checked my account. I have not received anything. She then said to post in this room for further assistance. What is the next
step in trying to the get codes I was promised?

 

I've have been waiting as well, I bought mine from the MS online store. I bought the 1 TB version but still have not received the codes for the legacy collection.

I also redeemed the code for the Gears of War 4 game.

I contacted xbox support via twitter, inquiring about the xbox 360 legacy collection promotion that was running during the GOW4 release. I was informed that i should receive the download codes via a message over xbox live, within 30 days.

This was on 14/10/16. To date i still have received nothing, yet a friend who bought a physical copy of the game received the codes, on a card, inside the games case.

No editions of gears of war 4 comes with the codes for a reason

You must wait for your turn in the code waves like everyone else

Those would be the day one codes which aren't the games

The reason for it is one its a timed promotionpromotion

There is no garentee all game discs will sell before or after the end date of the promotion not to mention. If you bought an edition printed after the said promotuon end it would be Russian roulette if you get one or not

Its best to give them out thru email so one you don't have server backlog due to people redeeming the codes all at once

 

Ok, so speaking to my friend yestrday about the subject, he stated that he got a card with his purchase, with codes to download the Xbox 360 legacy collection.

Don't shoot the messenger, I'm only stating what I was told.

 

Again it's not possible as no editions came with it

Only as per the terms and conditions they only came via code waves

You can look on the gears of war 4 website it stated clear as day

Even on any amazon.uk website

Anything else is hearsay

 

Same here. Still no codes. It states clearly on my card i am eligible for the gow 1,2&3.
