    No language option in certain games such as Forza


    Hi guys. Sorry for not posting it on the FH2 subcategory but I was afraid that noone really visits it anymore and I would really appreciate a quick answer with this one. I have a question about foreign language versions of certain games - such as Forza.
    I have a chance to buy a brand new box edition of Forza Horizon 2 for Xbox One for a very good price. There's one thing though. My first language is Polish, English would be perfectly fine as well but that certain game comes from German distribution. It means
    that the things written on the box are completely in German. This makes me think if I would be able to play it in Polish or English even though it's a German version. Guys from the shop selling the game didn't really have a clue neither. I've only played Polish
    version of Forza Horizon and English of Forza Motorsport 5 and I didn't really see any language change options in those games. Could you please help me? I really need to know this as someone might buy that game before me in the meantime, as it's a very good
    price (if you're curious - as I've said it's brand new Xbox One version and it's as cheap as 70 pln, which is around 18.5$). Thanks.

    Xbox One Controller Vibration

    Unfortunately, there is currently no option to turn off the controller vibration. Certain games will have the option to turn it off (such as Strider).

    Also can't download though assassins creed had no probs. Am in Sweden but xbox region in Uk as I can't read and write Swedish. Even if I choose English language, certain options are in Sweden....really wanted the game too!

    Erm, I'm not sure about the Italian Gears disc but I don't think you get a language option in the game.

    Anyhow, it should work, and is not against the rules or anything. Give it a go, I'm 90% certain it will work but as for the language, it will probably be English.

    Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with certain games on Xbox 360 not having Portuguese language options. If the game does not support Portuguese, it is ultimately up to the developer to release language packages for their
    games. We do not recommend attempting to obtain Portuguese language packages that are not supported by the developer.

    What country do you live in? In some countries, there is no option to download the English language version of certain games. If you need more clarification about this, just ask.

    That happens sometimes with 360 games when a language of a certain region is not available the game reverts to the language closer to that region

    Thanks for the information! I also received your PM with the screen shots, that helps a lot!

    Let's start by simply uninstalling the Forza Hub and reinstalling it back on. To do that, search for the Forza Hub in Windows, right click the Forza Hub app tile and selecting 'Uninstall'.

    If the issue persists, the next step will be temporarily removing the Chinese language pack. To do this, navigate to your Language settings in the control panel and select 'Options' next to the Chinese language you have installed and select 'Uninstall language
    pack' within the options screen.

    Once it's done uninstalling, follow the pop-up prompt to restart your PC. After the restart, check if the Forza app displays fine and report back! (If it displays fine, go ahead and add Chinese back to your PC through the language settings in Control Panel
    and see if the issue pops back up).

    Let us know how it goes!
