No jigsaw downloads

No Jigsaw downloads. Why can't I download anymore? I have 284000 credits to buy new puzzles, however the ones I've already bought I cannot download. This is an ongoing problem and need to know how to fix this. Thank you.

Rock Formation Jigsaw

Purchased the Rock Formation Jigsaw today but it only went to 3/4 of the download then stopped.

No Jigsaw and no credit back. Can you help please

Microsoft Jigsaw Not Working

Can't get Jigsaw puzzles to download. Tried several things with no luck.

Hey there, Fitter!

Sorry to see any download issues! I tested it out here and was able to successfully download a purchased puzzle. These issues generally arise with networking difficulties. Are you getting an error message when the download doesn't work? If not, are you able
to either plug in an ethernet cable or go wireless on your PC, depending on which one you currently have?

Let me know if you are able to do these. We'll check our next steps if these don't work or you are unable to test them out.

I found this by accident.

Close MS Jigsaw

Go to settings

Click on privacy

Click on background apps

TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

Now I can downloading.

Stop Jigsaw

You only have to activate the Privacy option / background apps

restart Jigsaw

(Re-)ask your downloads

Tried this. Didn't work. Any other suggestions for the same problem? Microsoft Jigsaw was already turned on in my apps. I turned it off, then back on & still didn't help.
