    please i have problem... i redeem my gold code and after that i cant view any games in marketplace... when i search it will not found nothing and when i click browse games and choose some category i got no items...

    season pass and micro DLC items refunds

    Unfortunately there are no refunds on Marketplace items.

    Xbox wont read black ops 2 disc

    There are no viruses an xbox can get, since you can only download marketplace items and you cannot download via internet explorer.

    And i have lot of error codes - 800700E8 , 807B01F4 , 8C230002 and try fix it by microsoft support but nothing work

    The first two codes suggest an issue with the service as the reason that you cannot see items. The third suggests that settings on your account have been altered to block certain items or actions (such as purchasing). Try the steps listed below

    Thangs but i try all the things... and when i view xbox live status on xbox.com there is red LIMITED in purchasing and usage is this the problem?

    If the page shows an issue with the marketplace then that would be where your issue lies. Just be patient and I'm sure it will be fixed soon.

    I hope that they will fix it until 31 because i activate gold yeasterday and then i have issues and if they dont fix it i cant downloaded battleblock theater!! jesus help me!
