No items found message

Discus and support No items found message in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Whenever I try to access a library in the games section (such as demos, most popular etc.) I get a message that says "No items found".     No items found message


    Whenever I try to access a library in the games section (such as demos, most popular etc.) I get a message that says "No items found".

    I've tried everything and spoke with the support for a hour or so but still came to no solution.

    Did anyone else experience the problem? Does anyone have a solution?

    Cloud Saved Games - No Items found!!!

    when you start halo3 do you pick cloud to load it from?Sure you do but had to ask. Try moving all file to your hard-drive. Other wise it sounds like a glitch and may be lost because of it.

    Cloud Saved Games - No Items found!!!

    I've spend some time with support on the phone, only conclusion is that maybe my HDD has a problem and needs reformat, I hate those solutions but has to be done No items found message :(

    Halo 3 save 100% lost though, this is only to make sure it won't be happening to the rest of my saves on cloud, will post here if this fixes the problem. Should have never trusted Cloud Saves in the first place No items found message :(

    Tried to clear the cache, several times... nothing worked.

    When i connected to xbox live it updated something, maybe it went wrong?

    How can i download the latest update manually?

    Format your HDD and try to download the items again

    This issue being annoying. I know support is aware, but it's five days without ANY response. I'm not able to get free game (ok, that is bonus, but still ..), I'm not able to buy anything, I'm not able to play online games, that require DLC (e.g.:GTA 5) and
    what's worst, my screen to renew Gold membership is empty, so it will expire and I will lose my cloud and ability to play online with friends.

    Is there any update please? Any?

    Yes it's really annoying guys! Do something you are Microsoft! You should compensate us, here in Greece it's more than 10 days with this issue!
