No invites or party invites

Hold the power button to turn off your xbox fully and then turn it back on.

That fixed it for me last time, happened more than once but thats how I got it to work all the time.

Try inviting them to your party first then invite the party to the fireteam

Have one player start the game then invite the other person to a party. Once you have invited your friend to a party you will have an option in the pause menu to invite party to game, so once they join pause the game and there will be an option to simply
invite party to game.

I haven't been able to receive party/game invites, but I can send them. In addition, in regards to my Xbox chat headset, I can hear others but they can't hear me. This was all working a couple of days ago as well. I've searched for fixes about the headset,
haven't been able to fix it yet. Any ideas?

Whenever my friends invite me to a game the notafication does not show right away it pops up like 20 minutes later?? This just started happening to me after this new console update
