    Is your Xbox 360 turned on at the same time - because you cant share the same IP between to active devices

    No internet Conection

    I recently had a problem with my ZTE MF62 modem through Virgin which i sent back and since i received the new one i cannot connect to the internet through my XBox. I have tried using wireless conection and wired, going through my laptop, rang Virgin support
    and said that I may need to enter APN in and maybe dialer no. otherwise contact XBox support. Tried all this with no luck. Got plenty of signal and no problems with other devices. This is driving me insane.

    Hi,

    One possible reason as to why you're encountering this issue is due to an outdated Xbox app version. To determine the root cause of this issue, kindly answer the following questions:

    • Is this the first time you're encountering this issue?
    • Is your device connected to a wired or a wireless network?
    • Have you made any changes to your device or to your network configuration before encountering this issue?
    • Have you tried signing in to other built-in Windows 10 apps and check if the same issue occurs?

    In the meantime, we recommend running the Windows apps troubleshooter provided on this

    link    . This can help resolve issues with Windows 10 apps.

    Believe his asking about there being no internet browser on xbox. Doubt they would do that in a million years but i guess security wise it would be better without it.

    Hello!

    I would try doing a hard reset on your console & rebooting your networking equipment. It sounds like you're connecting to wifi, you could also try hard wiring and seeing if it has the same issue.

    Do you have wifi active in your home? If so, it should automatically pick the signal up and let you select it and enter the password for it.

    How I can power cycle my gateway
    Turn the power off at the switch ...wait 30secs or so then turn it back on. It will reestablish network access when it reboots and the lights should be green. Have patience while it connects (few minutes) then turn on console.
