    No internet connection one box one S while every other device has it


    So every time I try to open the screen that allows me to open the internet setting I get error code 0x90070490 and I tried to search it up on the error search but it appears to not be a code it recognize. Can't access Internet on my Xbox now and would prefer
    not to have to factory reset, help would be much appreciated

    Experiencing lag when playing?

    What's your internet connection speed? Are other devices connected to the internet aside from Xbox? I guess the problem lies with the internet connection. Do a test at speedtest.net. In case the speed is okay try to see if the other devices are eating up your internet speed by turning them off and focus on Xbox One.

    I've been through the article before, it's not the internet connection that seems to be the problem. No other devices lose connection. The Xbox One has never suffered with this problem.

    EpicPoodleJTC, an alternate MAC address is when you take the MAC Address of an already connected device (Every network connectable device has one), and you enter it on the Xbox One under the Advanced Settings. The network sees the MAC Address and it tricks
    that network into thinking the Xbox One is the other device, thus allowing it to connect to the internet if the other device has accepted the terms and is able to get online.

    I am having the same problem. The internet in my house is working and other devices are connected no problem but not my xbox one s. It even connects and then within a second the error pops right back up again every time..... I just want to update and move
    on.... Let me know if you get an answer on how to fix this. Thanks!

    Why would it only be the one x machine and not the one s ????

    Lets rule out the internet service provider, its an xbox one x issue its pretty obvious.

    All other pcs, gaming consoles and devices connect without issues
