no internet connection for Solitaire on Chromebook

Just yesterday, both my android phone and my Chromebook failed to load events and daily challenge in Solitaire, with message stating internet connection is required. I seem to have remedied it on phone by uninstalling ap, downloading latest version and
reinstalling, and restarting phone. Similar process failed to work on Chromebook.

Sorry to hear it. Have you tried shutting down the Chromebook and restarting it? That usually fixes the internet connection

See original post- did similar process with Chromebook as with phone. No success w/CB.
