No install button appearing on Minecraft Preview despite of the solutions to fix it

You can try following steps on the Preview FAQ to see if you're able to install the game in that way:

Just to double check, make sure you joined to Minecraft preview using the Insider Hub app on your windows PC

If yes, let's try waiting a bit more and check often Microsoft store

I have the same issue, and Microsoft instructions don't seem to help fixing it at all. However, hope isn't completely lost. I've been glued to this topic since it first happened and found that some ways do exist for SOME users to gain the download. So, with no further ado...

1) Try downloading the new version of Minecraft for Windows, from the Minecraft Launcher. While this is the least likely method to work, most of the solved issues I've seen came from people overlooking the simplest answer. But, seeing as you've likely already tried it, let's move on to some slightly more likely candidates.

2) Try downloading the Microsoft version from the Xbox store. If you don't have it, download it and create an account. Link your Microsoft account to your new Xbox account, and it should give you access to any games you've already purchased from the Microsoft store. Though, it may not work, as I (and other users) was unable to find any of my Minecraft downloads in either the Microsoft or Xbox stores.

3) In some cases, it appears users who DO have access to their previous Minecraft downloads or have chosen to get the game new, have been coming across an Xbox store error, which indicates Minecraft for Windows requires Administrator permissions, and displays no install options. (A row of unclickable frowny face buttons will appear.) In this case, some users have had luck downloading it from the Minecraft.net downloads page. Having an account linked to your Microsoft store may be necessary But, I'm unsure, as my account was already linked. However, this may not get you the 1.19 update or ANY (???) version of bedrock, as I learned.

4) In the case that you're unable to download from any official sources, and you HAVE previously purchased the game from the Microsoft store, check All Owned in the My Library section, of the Microsoft store. Assuming you already own the game, you'll be able to find it pretty easily. On the right-hand side of the selection, you'll find either a blue Launch button next to a grey button with three dots, or a small circle with an "!" mark next to the grey button. If you have a blue Launch button, your issue is likely due to internet settings, and you do already have it - but it's giving you a hassle just because it can. If you have a small circle with an "!" mark, your issue may be due to one or more internal issues with your device.

- 4a) If your issue is likely due to internet settings, check your firewall compatibility - including apps permitted or blocked by firewall - and run a troubleshooter for your connection. You're looking for any settings which might hinder Minecraft Launcher from connecting to the Microsoft store, to fully update. If this doesn't work, resetting the Microsoft store may help, but isn't a guaranteed solution in a lot of cases I've seen.

- 4b) If your issue is internal, and you see the "!" icon, by the grey box with three dots, check the compatibility of your hardware with the new version of Minecraft for Windows, which you're trying to install. If issue is with the new launcher, try reverting it to an older version, installing the new Windows version of Minecraft, then update your launcher, afterwards. try updating your drivers, one-by-one, until the issue is resolved. If this takes too long, you can try reinstalling all drivers in Windows Powershell.

5) If you issue still persists, you're in the same boat as me, and a few hundred other users, who tried every known way to get Bedrock 1.19. If this is the case, open your Minecraft launcher, navigate to Whats New, and under the Tuesday, June 7th, 2022 update section, you'll find three Bug Fixes listed. The issue very possibly is related to the second (middle) bug fix [MCL-21425] Unable to update Launcher - Jira (mojang.com) being an incomplete fix, resulting in partial ability to update aspects of the game (Java and Launcher only) but limited ability to update other aspects (Bedrock/Minecraft for Windows) of the game.

Minecraft Launcher:

Open the Minecraft Launcher.
Select Minecraft for Windows.
Select the dropdown that says Latest release.
Select Latest preview.
Click the Install button.

Xbox app:

Open the Xbox app.
Search Minecraft Preview for Windows.
Click Install.

Hi,

Minecraft Xbox One Edition does appear in my order history, which I bought in 2015, but the newer Minecraft (Bedrock Edition) which I would've installed in late 2017 doesn't appear.

On the website you linked, Minecraft appears with a 'buy now' button, which takes me to the Microsoft Store, where it says "Install, you own this", similarly to the Store on the console itself.

Minecraft preview doesn't require joining via insider hub, now is available to the people who owns Bedrock.
