No information available / FM2023 Game Pass

Hey all,

I have the same issue. I just downloaded FM 2023 and it just will not launch. I get the message "No information available" and nothing else.

Dunno what is happening. I will wait a few days and if nothing happens, I 'll cancel my subscription. There is no reason for me to keep paying, even one euro, since I can't play.

Unfortunately, there is no change in me, I can play other games, but FM2023 does not open. I will be returning the Gamepass as well. Thanks.

First of all thank you so much for your support. Unfortunately I tried everything but I can't play still.

I see a lot of people are having similar issues. For this reason, the score of the FM 2023 game has dropped to 2.9. Do you think this should have happened? If so many people are having a problem, is it okay to provide a solution manually like this? It's boring not being able to play a simple game like this in 2022.

Type CMD in the search bar;

Right-click on the Command Prompt option;

Click on Run as Administrator option;

ipconfig /registerdns <Enter>

nbtstat -rr <Enter>

netsh int ip reset all <Enter>

netsh winsock reset <Enter>

1.On the desktop, simultaneously press Windows + R keys to open Run;

2. In run, type cleanmgr and click OK to open Disk Cleanup;

3. In the Disk Cleanup window, select the C: drive (if prompted) and click OK;

4. In the Disk Cleanup for Windows 10 window, select the checkboxes of the presented files and click Clean System Files.

5. After cleaning, check the unchecked checkboxes again and click OK>Delete Files.
