No indication that I pre-ordered Quantum Break

On 4/4/16 at 11:58 I pre-ordered Quantum Break.

I confirmed payment and started installing immediately which was still 4/4/16 (before midnight).

My email from MS says "Microsoft Purchase Confirmation 4/4/16."

Inside that email it says my purchase date is 4/5/16.

This got me concerned about receiving my Quantum Break Windows 10 code which is the reason I made the purchase in the first place.

Clearly this was a pre-order, regardless of payment processing I should still get my pre-order bonuses.

I have an open ticket for this issue I got from support but I'm posting this in addition to that.

I don't mind the idea that I might have to wait up to 10 days to receive my code, I just want this documented everywhere I can.

If I don't get my Windows 10 code for QB I want a refund which is documented in my ticket.

Have not received Quantum Break Windows 10 Code.

I Pre ordered and I got the Alan Wake code but no Quantum Break code .

"Quantum Break Xbox One codes purchased at retail, Xbox Store or inside bundles must be redeemed on the console or at Xbox.com by April 4, 2016 11.59 PM Pacific Time." If your transaction went through before the quoted time, you should receive your pre-order
bonuses within 7-10 days.

I appreciate your timely reply but this doesn't really clear up my concern.

My email arrived and is dated 4/4/16 which I have a screenshot of ready to be sent to fight this.

I clicked the "pre-order" button, confirmed the purchase, and began installing before midnight.

My purchase confirmation INSIDE that email dated 4/4/16 says I purchased it on 4/5/16.

Regardless of credit processing I did what I was supposed to do before midnight.

 

Support will need to be the ones to clarify whether or not it constitutes as a pre-order or not, seeing as the game released at 12:01am ET.

 

My email inbox proves that I purchased the game on 4/4/16.

That is all the proof I need regardless of how long payment processing might take.

If not, refund.

It's the only reason I went through with the purchase after mixed reviews.

Besides the fact I like Remedy and them trying something new.

I support MS in their new initiative to merge console and PC gaming.

I am being a supportive customer who should be applauded, not the other way around.

Like I stated, I have an open ticket and now I'm playing the waiting game.

 

This 2nd support member I talked to already documented that I want a refund so I don't get the why did you wait 10 days to ask for a refund game if/when my Windows 10 code doesn't arrive.
