    No in-game voice chat and messages


    So i had this problem with the voice chat and my messages since i first got my xbox one 1 year ago.

    For some reason i cant chat with people via mic or just a normal message, i can't hear them they can't hear me.

    If anyone can give me a solution it would be greatly appreciated.

    Are you using a child account by chance? You may be under some restrictions set by the parent account. Do you seeing any error messages when you try to send a message on Xbox Live?

    Reporting an impostor

    It would go under Text and Voice Communications > Text Message / Voice Message / In Game Voice / Voice Chat. You would select Text Message in this case for each of those messages and block communications with them afterwards.

    If they sent you a voice message or said something via in game voice it would be Text and Voice Communications > Voice Message / Voice Chat etc.
