No idea what password is and no longer have the email

Hi, does any one know if there is a way to recover a microsoft account, namely an Xbox account that I have lost the password for. I think I can still access the account through one of my xbox 360s. it has my digital games on it is why I am asking and can not log in on my one x.

Hi Karen! What do you mean by 'locked out'? Do you no longer have the password or email for your Microsoft account?

The email I received after doing recovery was confirmed. It worked just fine; however, when it asks for my email so that I can reset the password it says it no longer exists. If I were to go and rest my password directly, It would recognize my email and asks for my password. I no not have access to my phone number or email no longer, so I had to recover the account.

if the email account no longer exists then i am not sure how you would be able to get into it without help from xbox support as it would need to go through a password reset etc but the account cant have a password sent, there is possibly the option of
choosing that you no longer have access to the email account and see how that goes?
