No help and no refund available? Movies and TV seems like a scam.

So took advantage of some sales that were pushed at me via the rewards page and store page, bought 4 movie sets spending over $100 on movies. Attempted to watch one of those movies on multiple occasions and it was completely unwatchable. The most we made
it at one time was about 5 minutes of playback. Usually you'd get a minute or so then multiple minutes of spinning. Sometimes it would just crash w/o an error and sometimes you'd get an error. The last one I got was 0x000005b4. Which searching for lead to
the understanding that Movies & TV is just terrible and a money pit. So I contacted support. Was left on read multiple times just to be told that I have to submit a form. Submitted the form and was told that it takes 72 hours for a response. Within 12 hours
I had a response saying no you can't have a refund because you aren't eligible, no explanation of why. I've only attempted to watch the one video from John Wick, which was the first purchase on the 8th. Everything else was purchased within this last week.
IT doesn't work. Quite simply. It's not like I bought and watched all the movies then asked for a refund. I can't watch them and would like my money back as there is no solution to use them, i'd much rather be able to go buy usable blu-ray or a game or something.
Not just waste money.

I've tried all the troubleshooting I could find, attempted to watch at multiple times on different days, and still have had no success. When it was crashing I went and watched a netflix movie just fine instead. It's not on my end, it's not my internet or issue
here. Everything else works fine. It is isolated to the Movies & TV app, which seems to be a recurring theme among users. I just wish I'd have known that before dropping $100 plus that now M$ is trying to screw me out of.

Anyone know how to get a refund for this and not have your time wasted as well as your money trying to get through to reps that just pawn you off and make you go in circles?
