No Help After Ban Issue

Discus and support No Help After Ban Issue in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Got banned for 2 weeks which ended 2 days ago.     Got banned for 2 weeks which ended 2 days ago.

    I can play multiplayer games but can't chat to my friends etc.

    I've gone through all the suggestions in the forums and web, and still nothing.

    Looking through the forums, this has been a known issue for years, which is a disgrace seeing that we pay for this service through the Gold Subscription.

    Fair enough I broke the rules and was issued a 2 week ban, but now the ban is over I would say that it was Microsoft breaking their terms of service.

    1) Will Microsoft fix this and when?

    2) I would expect the days that I have been denied my full paid for service to be refunded or my Gold Sub extended to compensate.

    Sorry to see any issues with a suspension! It sounds like your console has been issued a suspension as well, and filing a Case Review while your account's suspension was active would have brought that to light. An email is sent to your Microsoft Account
    email explaining the suspensions, and you will want to check that for more information. The Enforcement team are not on these forums, and we are unable to comment on any Enforcement Actions ourselves.

    If you need assistance with any other support issues, be sure to post up a new detailed thread so that our community can work on helping you out. Thanks for understanding!





    Yes I did read the emails.. nothing at all about console ban or any other type of ban out side the 2 week ban which is already up.

    Also no other information or way to review the ban at this time through the Enforcement Team, which shows the ban has expired.



    I want a clear explanation of what is going on, and also a refund on the days i can not access chat, which I have paid for.

    Sorry to see any issues with a suspension! It sounds like your console has been issued a suspension as well, and filing a Case Review while your account's suspension was active would have brought that to light. An email is sent to your Microsoft Account
    email explaining the suspensions, and you will want to check that for more information. The Enforcement team are not on these forums, and we are unable to comment on any Enforcement Actions ourselves.

    Device bans are not issued lightly, and occur when a particular Xbox console or Xbox on Windows device is used to violate the Code of Conduct in an egregious or repeated manner. Once a device ban occurs, no account can connect to the Xbox Live service from
    the affected device. Given the severity of this action we take each device ban extremely seriously, and only take action after a lengthy investigation.

    There is not possible to file a case review for console bans and no one in the forums can help you with that issue!

    UPDATE:



    Still can't chat! It's been a week now since my ban has ended.

    Can play all my online multiplayer games no problem though Xbox Live.



    Checked all emails again as well as the Enforcement pages... Nothing!

    After reading the Enforcement pages if I had a console ban I would have a message on my screen stating that, I have nothing.

    Also I would not be able to play Multiplayer games through Live, which I've been able to do since my ban was lifted.

    AGAIN.. If I had a current running ban of any kind it would be in the Enforcement history pages where I would be able to submit a review.



    This information is all on the Enforcement site.



    Any help with fixing this problem, would be most appreciated.

    Hey VoRt3X ReApEr! The details of your suspension/ban will be included in an email sent to the Microsoft Account of your gamertag. Be sure to check the inbox for all gamertags on the console. Aside from that, submitting a case review is the only way to get

    After checking with Microsoft Support I had a temp ban for 24 hrs which triggered this mute issue. However, it is still in place and I can not request a review of the ban since it is technically over. HELP!

    If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding
    the account.



    We're unable to assist with Enforcement related inquiries, including Reputation, here on the Xbox Support forums. The
    primary place for further information will be the Xbox Enforcement page
    while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with the phone or chat support team through the
    Contact Us page to inquire
    if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

    Sorry but bans are only issued after an investigation by multiple teams

    Younwill have to wait 1 year after the ban before you can apply
