no heists this month

GTA 5 Online Heists Delayed Looks legit to me.

looking for a crew for gta online

This game been out like 10 months already and still no heists. I read a quote from Rock Star a while back saying they didn't realize how difficult making heists would be. That's not a good sign.

Between,Battlefield and GTA,March is "heist month"....

I heard Payday should be available soon....

(Maybe "heist overdose").

@ z4zone cant see this before new gen consoles now, and this last update has totally messed things up,

 

Its will either come out 2 weeks after the next gen version (which will be included) or they will charge $10 for it on the 360's.

@Wheels what they mess up because I been gone for awhile. I notice some missions seem a lot harder and reward far less. Probably why 99% of them arent rated any higher then 76%

 

Hey guys - this has been the story for a while now, but not everyone knows why the delay was set in place, or when heists will be re-scheduled.

The Delay

If you didn't notice, a month ago on GTA Online players were experiencing huge lagg in games - causing people to have their Xbox consoles crash, which is just bad for everyone. This was because of an infamous modder/youtuber known as Chrome
x Mods (filter it if you will, that's not his Xbox Live gamertag) who released his latest mod-menu to the modding community after receiving threats.

Players were using his mod menu to attack players online - Chrome himself actually managed to sneak into @Swiftor's livestream on GTA and control the lobby, forcing Swiftor live on camera to be 'humped' by Chrome in front of 20,000 viewers
- it was quite hysterical, but stupid.

As a result, Rockstar delayed heists to fix the lagg issues and prevent many exploits - we received the Hipster Update as compensation, since Rockstar have always valued their servers and gameplay - a sacrifice, however, for players
who wanted heists.

The new release of heists

As always, Rockstar have not 100% confirmed this but as many players have speculated, heists are taking longer to incorporate into Grand Theft Auto V so players cannot exploit them for money or RP, so it should be at least another month (July)
until heists are introduced into Grand Theft Auto Online.

They have been claiming lag an exploits for the past 10 months though lol

 

I assume it will be released once the Xbox One version is out, sadly.

 

@foregotten, the guns seems very weak using more ammo cars seem very odd to drive handling seems off, and the constant freezing 5 times in less than a hour yesterday, hope they get thois sorted out soon

 

@Wheel, yeah I was wondering if the AI was buffed across the board. They can take a hit a lot better now and their shots are a lot more accurate and way deadlier even from long range. Even when im behind cover wearing a vest and the Ai is shooting blind
I lose health quick. Personally I also feel like the missions have also become tweaked and over tooned, but im not sure on that.

 

@foregotten, deffo on the Ai in missions, have to be a bit more cautious now,i see people complaining about rooftop rumble but I think it actually makes it better apart from the document car you only have to fart near it and it explodes lol,ive noticed on
some of the other missions, that if you don't kill them all they will chase you across the map which makes it interesting especially LSC mission.
