No HDMI Output...AGAIN!!!??!?!

Starting to drive me nuts this is....so a bit of background, went to play my xbox one x on Christmas Eve with my son, no HDMI output, tried all the troubleshooting, different TV, leads etc. and nothing so I took it back to the local game store and they tested
it and issued me with a replacement - this was on Boxing day BTW.

Been working fine, no issues at all, played yesterday, this morning and all fine, just go to turn it on for a quick go and the SAME problem, no HDMI output?! again, done all of the same troubleshooting etc and nothing is working so to say i'm slightly annoyed
is a bit of an understatement!!!

I cam going to assume that this 1 week old xbox needs replacing again and i'm sure that i'm going to have the same issue at some point in the future....what I don't get is, i had the previous one for 3 months before this happened, this one for a week, is
there some kind of known fault with this happening? as this is pretty stupid if so!

Anyone else had this happen?

First. try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and
restart the console.

Thanks for replying so quickly! Well, if you aren't receiving any signal at all, and have done all the troubleshooting and have concluded that its a definite hardware issue, then you may well wish to either

set up a repair for your console, or (since you've not had it very long) return it to the point of sale for replacement. So sorry that this has taken time out of your holiday and hope that this gets resolved for you soon.

Hi, as stupid as this may seem, try swapping the HDMI cable ends over, so the end that's in the Tv is in the Xbox and vice versa. I know that looks dumb but I have seen that work before now but of course it's not guaranteed. Of course when you hook the cable
back up to the Xbox make sure it's in the HDMI out port.

Thanks for reaching out to us in forums and replying to keep us updated. Its possible that there may be something else going on with the console other than with the HDMI cable, especially if you've tried different ones and tvs and the like. What I recommend
is using our Xbox One System Update Solution to see if any of the solutions available may help out. This is especially true if you recently updated
the console, which very well may be as they replaced your console and it would prompt it to update when you set it up. Just select "troubleshoot a system update error", then your console type, next select start up issue and finally select black screen. This
should get you back on track in no time!

yeah i've done all that, tried different TV's, leads, ports everything

No HDMI Output...AGAIN!!!??!?!
