    Amazon support cannot help me they said I needed to contact microsoft.

    Halo Wars Definitive Edition: No Code

    I preordered the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition in November from Amazon and redeemed it on Xbox One prior to December 20th. I have not received a key for Halo Wars Definitive Edition yet, despite being told that I would receive my key by now if it was preordered
    before December 20th. The community manager for 343i, Brian Jarrad, has posted on Reddit saying to contact support if you preordered before December 20th and haven't received a code yet.

    Got mine on release day, and Amazon emailed the

    Codes Monday. I have preordered several games

    from Amazon and I have not had a problem.

    I think that offer is only available through the Microsoft store/ Xbox store.

    yo compre en una promoción similar de amazon un par de veces y me llegaron 2 codigos para canjear por parte de amazon. en mi opinion el error esta por parte de amazon y deberían solucionártelo ellos
