No Halo Warthog in my garage inventory on Forza Horizon 3

Hello all,

I redeemed a code on xbox one for the Halo Warthog in Forza Horizon 3. The full game is out now and the warthog is not showing up in my garage. Why? I had the FH3 demo and have recently uninstalled it since the full game is out now. Earlier I talked to Microsoft
support live chat and was informed that this is "an emerging issue" and was instructed to post something on here..

So if Microsoft doesn't know how to fix this issue yet, has anyone else out there been able to find a solution?

I'm guessing here that this issue is affecting anyone who redeemed the code with the demo installed, then uninstalled the demo once the pre-order was open.

We are unable to provide free content here on the forums. If you have already redeemed a Halo Warthog code, you can find the Warthog within Forza Horizon 3 in your garage. Additionally, be sure to check Forza Horizon 3's ready to install within 'Manage game'
to install the Warthog add-on.

in your Games & apps.
