No halo 5 beta code

didn't got my beta code, or even the email that say that im on the preview program so am gonna get it, what can i do to get my code?

Same here. It was sent to an email account that no longer exists. Any help would be appreciated

 

If you were in the preview program you should have received the message yesterday via the Xbox messaging service, not through e-mail. The codes will be sent the same way and are being sent out today - I just received mine not too long ago. They are not sent
to your e-mail account, but as a message through Live. If you are not in the Preview Program, then you will have to wait a couple of weeks. I also think you need to have played Halo MCC in order to qualify for the early access of the Beta/

 

I only received 1 code and that was to download halo beta I did not recieve the second preview code..

 

I am part of the xbox live preview program, but still, my enrollment is in process.

This is just frustrating since I have been invited to the preview program, installed the app, and have been waiting for it to process for a few days now.

And im freaking out that it wont process in time to get the early beta keys. Sure i have the MCC collection, but I dont want to wait that long.

 

I got sent 2 codes both redeemed?! Has my code been sent to someone else by mistake? I now can't play the beta any help on this would be great thank you.

 

Both codes are in the same message. If you have just recently joined the preview program then you may not receive access to the beta as it can take a few days to finalize the registration.

 

Iv been on since day 1, and both codes say redeemed, I phoned up the xbox contact Center to confirm this. And no one is helping my codes have been used.

What is the point of this forum if no one can offer any help? This is quite aggravating for many of us. The lack of helpful support is appalling and doesn't really help the situation that Halo is currently in with the broken release of Halo MCC.

 

These forums are frequented by gamers such as yourself who volunteer their time to help out others. There are very few support agents on these forums. A fact that you should realize Sn00py seeing as how you're an ambassador.

 

Hi, I have a similar issue. I got a message with the code from xbox to play the halo 5 beta but I was going to wait till my vacation to download it but now the message is deleted and I don't have the message to download the beta. Is there any way I can get
the code reissued?

 

The message you received was only for the early access which has now ended. Any further access to the current beta is granted only to those who own the Master Chief Collection.
