No ground zeroes update prompt

So i've heard there has been an update for ground zeroes which allowed the upload of save data, and an even older update that allowed xbox users to play the "deja vu" mission, but, i've been unable to update my game to get access to these.

Apparently I am not alone with this problem, but nothing has been done yet.

Thanks for the support message.

Normally, simply clearing the systems cache will delete the latest update and it will prompt you to update your game when you launch it. Would you give that a go and let us know if that gives you the update you're looking for?

I'm not getting the selection either cleared cache and rebooted still no luck I rented it first on disc got phantom pain from download store then tryed to upload the save it said I had to start up ground zeros to complete upload so I bought it from download
store started it up and no selection deleted old save data Cleared cache started new game beat the 1st mission again still no selection keep in mind we're xbox 360 users not one! PS no smatglass 360 support for phantom pain will you guys please make it work
for us 360 users not being able to use it really sucks.

 

This issue is beyond Microsoft. You should reach out to the developer of this game,

Konami, to determine what is going on within their game.

Metal Gear Solid V Ghost Zeros became free for gold members this month, but I can't play it unless I have a Xbox 360 hard drive to install it. Is this true?
