No Gold Member after buying new Code for 12 Month!

I just found a good offer for Gold 12 months Membership on Amazon for 33,33€.

Ok, so I bought it. After buying it, and typing in the code to xbox one, Xbox tells me, I would not be a member anymore!!!!

I am a Gold Member till 06.December 2016!!!!

What the hell is going on? I have gold for two years, but I am not a member any more??

How can that be??

Is that a fail everyone has at the moment or did Microsoft steal my money?

Can please tell me anyone what is going on there?

Xbox forces me to buy Membership , if I want to play online a game. But once again: I am A MEMBER. Why does this my Xbox not recognize?

Redeeming an XBL subscription code while current subscription is still in effect

I am currently an Xbox Live gold member until June, and I just bought a code for a 12-month renewal. If I enter the code now, does it begin a new 12-month subscription immediately, or will it wait until my current subscription is up?

i want to change my 1 month membership to 12 month gold membership but i dont know if it will keep billing me for 1 month after buying a 12 month

If you can play online then the code worked but you will still be a free member. You need to buy 12 months of gold to be a gold member.

1. With 3months gold, 6 months gold and 12 months gold.

That contains, if you buy it one time and after the 3, 6 or 12 months gold period expire and you want a new one, you just can buy a new code.

Hi, Well you must be a Gold Member and that would require you to add that feature to your xbox live account after you purchase a 3, 6 or 12 month membership. And redeem the code to be a gold member.

There's not a 12 month subscription for Ultimate. You can buy a 12 month prepaid card for Gold and then purchase 1 month of Ultimate (after adding the Gold) to convert it to Ultimate.
