    You should be able to find a solution to help fix your problem here. If the problem is caused by a in game bug then you will need to contact the game developer Microsoft Studios. For more help you can also call official Xbox customer support.

    Negative "Gold Bar" Count in Microsoft Jigsaw

    I have tried to follow the "HERE" link and follow the myriad leads to no avail. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft Jigsaw and still have negative Gold Bar Status, Meaning I can't download New Puzzles.

    Master At Arms Medal not unlocking!

    Only VS counts...horde does not. Horde will count to unlocking the executions, but not the medals. So check on the medal progress bar.
