    I have a gold subscription active for more than 2 years, why I can't receive the 400 gems for the "gold god" challenge?

    Golden child gems not on my account

    i know they started Oct 1st. So since it's now Jan 14th I should have golden child 100 gems. But I still have not gotten them. There is no way of checking for pending gems. I've been a member for 2 years now, and have had more than a year of Xbox live
    consecutively. please help

    Been gold for 2 years can't claim active for 6 months VIP gems why

    But I have been xbl gold for over 2 years now and says I have to have a active gold for more than 6 months I have had that but not received the gems

    Since the offer has only been available since October 1, it is not possible to have completed it yet.

    Since Gems and Perks only began in October, it would not be possible to have completed Golden God at this point in time.

    We have received clarification from our promotion team after contacting our web team. Subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP gems. Gem eligibility is similar to MyVIP eligibility, except pre-orders are also eligible for Gems for the gems for
    purchasing offer. Subscriptions like Gold and Game Pass can be Rewarded with Gems by the MyChallenge for consecutive months of Gold or Game Pass, not for the .9 EUR per Gem offer. Apologies for the confusion.
