No Gears of War saga codes

Dear Xbox support,

I've played some matches in Gears of War Ultimate Edition on December 21 and I still haven't received the codes to download the other 4 games,is it a problem or simply you haven't sent those out yet ? ( I dunno if this has any relevance but since it's a
thing that the Twitter support asked before sending me there,I live in Italy and again I've done my matches on December 21 so I should be totally eligible for the promo)

Keep in mind that Gears of War collection codes will continue to go out in waves. Please check out the Gears of War 4 store description for
information on how these codes go out. This includes Gears of War 4 codes included in the Gears of War 4 Xbox One S bundle. Once that code is redeemed on your account, you should receive your games within 30 days.

If you do not receive codes one month after purchasing, please be sure to post a new thread letting us know! Thanks for your patience!

 

Gears of war Saga Codes

Recently I have bought, Gears of War 4 digitally on the Xbox Store. I read that if buy the game before 31 December 2016 you receives GoW 1,2,3 and Judgment. Where is the codes?, I have passed 5 days and I didnt received it

 

I too have not gotten the game codes. I played it well before December 31 and I have live. Still no codes.
