No Gears of War code purchased through the store

Purchased Gears of War 4 and never received the codes for the older Gears games. Purchased November 26th.

No codes for other Gears games with Gears of War 4 download code

Ordered Gears of War 4 download code from Microsoft website as gift for my brother. He has redeemed the code but has yet to receive the other 4 Gears redemption codes. When I purchased the same game earlier for myself through windows store on my pc, I
received notifications through live almost immediately with all codes for other games. Please help.

Codes for Xbox 360 versions of game after purchasing Gears of War 4

On December 20, 2016 I purchased Gears of War 4 from the Xbox store. I am expecting codes for Gears of War 1, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3, and Gears of War: Judgement.

 

It can take up to 30 days to receive the codes. If you don't receive them after 30, you'll need to post back here.
