No Gears of War bundle code received?

Bought an Xbox 1s Gears of War Bundle under the understanding that i would receive a store code to download all Gears of War games. Rang up the store and was told i should of received a message by now.. no message.

Gears of war 4 ultimate promo

I haven't received code for my gears of war games. When I purchased gears of war 4 ultimate bundle no code was sent

Hey bavvse -

When did you purchase your copy of Gears of War 4? The promotion to obtain the legacy collection ended on December 31, 2016 so if you purchased your copy of the game after that time, unfortunately you would not be eligible to receive the games.

Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!

Hey fxbanker,

You received a disc copy of Gears of War 4? If so, the codes should be located in the case if the bundle you purchased was specially marked. In order to receive the Gears of War 4 codes over Xbox Live, you would need to redeem a digital code for Gears of
War 4, or would have had to purchase digitally through the Xbox Store. If you did redeem a Gears of War 4 code for the
digital version, then Smwutches is correct that you will receive the codes within 30 days of the code redemption date.

Please let us know if it is not digital so we can further narrow this down!

If you purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox One or Windows 10 between April 25, 2016, and December 31, 2016, or if you redeem a code for the game as part of a console bundle before December 31, 2016, you'll receive the following Xbox 360 backward-compatible

*Gears of War 2 is not available in Germany.

These codes are only playable on Xbox 360 or Xbox One. They won't work on Windows 10.

Are you sure that the bundle is for the name your game bundle? You already received a free gears of war code so I doubt there's a promotion code for another game to claim. Unless I missed the part where you still get a free code(25 digit code) aside from
the name your game process.

I purchased the gears of war bundle back in December last year and i redeemed the code for gears ultimate edition I have been waiting for the codes for 2, 3, and judgement I have not yet received these codes and was told to come here by an xbox service in
regards to get the codes or a link to the forums to get the codes
