No gears of war 2 free?

I finally got my downloads for the free gears of war games when you buy gears of war ultimate edition. I redeemed four codes and only three are in my library I'm missing gears 2. I've tried to redeem the same code again and it's saying it's already been
redeemed. What do I do now?

thanks for replying! I tried the redemption page and it's just saying the code isn't availiable because it's already been redeemed. As I said it's not sat in my library like the other 3 games.

 

depends what is your physical region

If it's Germany that would be why

As Germany has since banned gears of war 2

 

my region is the UK, England to be precise.
