    So I contacted support probably too early about this at first but now I have waited way too long now. I have not received my Gamescom Mixer content as of yet

    Trouble in 2018 E3 Mixpot reward

    Hi, I watched 2018 E3 Xbox Press Conference via Mixer, but I didn't get any mixpot reward.

    BTW, I got mixpot reward from gamescom xbox inside one.

    Also I received 2017 E3 mixpot reward too.

    What happened to my account? I had no problem with connect my xbox / mixer account..

    Gamescom Mixer Mixpot

    I watched eligible streams during Gamescom on August 20 and 21 but haven't received my Mixpot yet. It has been longer than the 7-10 day period I was told to wait.

    I contacted Mixer support and they told me to make a post here. Thank you.
