No games with gold

Discus and support No games with gold in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; On my home screen on my Xbox One there is no games with gold tile. Just an empty space where it used to be.     No games with gold


    On my home screen on my Xbox One there is no games with gold tile. Just an empty space where it used to be. I'm not worried about it I'm just letting you know. I assume Microsoft are just doing maintenance but if not I'm letting you know ok.

    No games with gold?

    HI everybody,

    I want to download the new games with gold game. But i can't find the game? on my dashboard there is no games with gold item or tab. and when i go to search games en type the title i want to download (dead island in this case) i can't download it.

    I am sure i have gold because i can make parties. I had the games with gold item when it just started. when you could download Dead rising for free.

    How can i still download the games with gold games.

    WITHOUT USING XBOX.COM (no creditcard)

    If you ever have an issue with this in the future, I have found it is much easier to find the Games With Gold and Deals with Gold on the Xbox website at

    www.xbox.com/.../sales-and-specials    . I started doing this because it was never in the same spot on the 360

    That's sounds like a solution but it's always in the same place on the xbox one dashboard. And now there is an empty spot where it was. But hopefully some one will explain why it gas happened.

    Same thing here (Netherlands). The tile has been gone for a couple of hours now.

    It's showing up fine for me, I just checked. Try a hard reset and see if that works (hold the logo on the front of your console until it shuts down and turn it back on)

    Hard reset doesn't work. Tried it a couple of times. Maybe it's a local problem. It's still missing in The Netherlands.

    No that doesn't work. I tried it already and I was thinking it could be cause I'm in the preview programme cause it happened around the time the latest update came out. So it could be just a glitch from the update. I'll try post in the preview programme
    forum and see if anyone has the same problem.

    I'm not in the preview program and I don't think it has anything to do with an update. I've checked with a lot of people this morning and everyone I've spoke to is missing the tile (all dutch).

    Hello Chris,

    We recommend getting with support. They will be able to go over the account and asee what is going on.

    When you go to
    Contact Us     to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select no thanks
    • Step 3-----select games
    • Step 4 ----select request a call from support
    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

    Hey Snip3r,

    I'm sorry to hear about this issue not being able to download Battlefield 1 that came out as a Games with Gold today.

    Let's try starting off with a complete power cycle.

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 5 minutes.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    If that doesn't work then we would need to make sure the payment was for your Gold subscription as you say only your Game Pass subscription is showing. I would suggest to look over your

    Order History     to make sure the Gold subscription was paid for. Also check the status of your Gold subscription by going to Settings>Account>Subscriptions.

    If you would like further help for this matter, I suggest to contact
    Xbox Support     and get connected to a billing agent.

    I hope the issue can get resolved!

    When sharing your Gold subscription, what are the specific gold benefits you get?

    When you share gold the accounts that are sharing the gold get access to online multiplayer. Only the account that purchases the gold gets access to things like gold discounts or games with gold games. However, the games with gold games can be shared once
    downloaded.

    Because they are free with a gold membership at no extra cost. Yes you have to pay for gold but there is no increase in gold pricing thus the games are free...with gold. Games with Gold.
