No games with gold?

HI everybody,

I want to download the new games with gold game. But i can't find the game? on my dashboard there is no games with gold item or tab. and when i go to search games en type the title i want to download (dead island in this case) i can't download it.

I am sure i have gold because i can make parties. I had the games with gold item when it just started. when you could download Dead rising for free.

How can i still download the games with gold games.

WITHOUT USING XBOX.COM (no creditcard)

No that doesn't work. I tried it already and I was thinking it could be cause I'm in the preview programme cause it happened around the time the latest update came out. So it could be just a glitch from the update. I'll try post in the preview programme
forum and see if anyone has the same problem.

 

No games with gold

On my home screen on my Xbox One there is no games with gold tile. Just an empty space where it used to be. I'm not worried about it I'm just letting you know. I assume Microsoft are just doing maintenance but if not I'm letting you know ok.

 

What region are you in? If the game does not show up in the marketplace on your console, then it's likely the game is not available in your region.

 

I have the same problem, except all of my friends who live in the same region have gold and it shows up for them. I am the only one I know who has this problem.

I live in the U.S. and I am having this problem. This is really bothering me.

 

what is really bothering me if i have gold also and yet i am not earning any reward points, everytime i login to reward page on xbox.com it just says signup for gold and i already have had gold for years now, it shows previous points i earned year ago but
its not showing any points for this year at all earned, and thats upsetting me why have gold if i cant even earn reward points. their website on xbox.com reward page is messed up so badly, they need to fix it, it keeps saying unlock for vip and when i click
it , it says signup for gold and i have had gold for long time.

 

You do know you can search it, it doesnt have to be in the dashboard, right?

I bought it for free by just looking it up.

 

I've found that when it does not appear on the main section of the dashboard that it will appear in the browse games area.

 

The games do not appear when I search them up. They don't show up in the browse games section either. I have no clue why I am having this problem. This was my brother's old xbox 360 and the games with gold worked perfectly fine with him.
